The Different Points of View Exercise To Solve Problems

We can all have a different point of view on things. This is because we have all had different experiences and different thoughts and feelings about our experiences. It makes the world a very interesting placeimagine how boring it would be if everyone thought and felt the same thing about everything!

Different points of view can be one of the main causes of arguments and upset. Even though we may have a different point of view, sometimes it is important for us to see a situation from someone else’s point of view to stop arguments and disagreements getting out of hand.

This exercise can help you to get into the habit of seeing and appreciating other people’s perspectives.
